It is the concrete wall (solid) or concrete blocks?
In the case of concrete blocks, the blocks have cavities, you have to pierce it with a masonry bit and use the switch screws.
It is the solid concrete wall, you can have any number of concrete anchors in hardware stores and renovation.
BTW, the difference between cement and concrete is that concrete aggregate contains (sand), and not concrete.
